Speech competition

Have you ever said a speech in front of 100 students? I will be sharing to you about what happened on friday. Every class from team 5 had to pick the top 3 students to come up and present their speech in front of all of us. There was 15 kids presenting their speech to us, we also had the Pavilion joining us. I will also tell you who I thought was the most appealing, and the most entertaining. Some of them were emotional and entertaining.

The most appealing speech was Amelia. Her topic was about Her Grandma being happy about seeing her Grandkids. The reason why I thought that Amelia was the most appealing was because she talked about her Nana but the thing that Amelia didn’t get was why she was happy about cleaning dirty toilets. The reason why Amelia’s grandma was happy all the time, was because she was happy to see grandkids everyday. As she delivered her speech, it spoke to me because she gave the audience clear point about not knowing that her nana was not only happy to clean classrooms but happy to always see her kids. So in my mind I thought that maybe I would’ve talked about my grandparents as well.

The most entertaining for me was president Muba. His topic was about if I were a president for a day. He talked about if he was a president for a day, the first thing he would do, would to provide a shelter for the homeless people. The second thing he would do, would to Take the pollution level down as well as bill depts. And the last thing he would do is to make the world a better place. The reason why I thought President muba was entertaining was because he would provide a shelter for the homeless people, and the first thing that came to my mind was that he would be an awesome president one day. He’s actually funny as well, he even knows how to make people laugh and that is one of the things I like to do as well. Is to make people happy and also make them laugh as well.
