Applying for Ambassadors

In Writing, I have learnt that I can put capital letter,Punctuation and the most important thing Full stop. In Reading, I have learnt to read in my head and have to tell my teacher what have I been learning about in my book. Maths has always been my favourite subject.

It has always been a fun way to do work, But not like the other school who don't have the Opportunity to learn with Chromebook! I also represented my class at the Sylvia park Hoyts Cinema, which was super fun.

Next year for 2016, I would love to become an Ambassador, It will give chances to show all my learning to everyone. I hope you will like it - it was lots of fun to make. Thanks for watching my movie.

Athletics day

Would you like to be in the best house colour for Athletics? Well when you hear about the best house colour team then you might like to be in it. So here is the best team, green which is Hokule’a! Last Friday we had our annual Athletics on the 13th of November 2015. Hokule’a is the best because we win every event and win every year.

When I woke up in the morning i saw the sunshine, so that was when i knew that it was time for me to get my green T - shirt. So when i got my to school i felt really excited for athletics. When the first bell rang i quickly rushed to the toilets to get changed. I was also putting green sellotape on my cheeks, then i was getting ready to line up outside the classroom to walk to the courts with our homeclass. When we got to the court the girls had to sit down, where it said year 5 girls. So i sat down.

My favourite event was Shot put. There was two side one side was interzone and the other side was just having fun but you don’t get to go interzone. I trying really had to come 1st or 2nd or 3rd but i didn't come anything, but at least i tried. My friend Faioso she came 1st and she was in Hokule'a, and my other friend came 2nd but she wasn’t in my team, she was in Te Aurere. And my other friend Ata she came 3rd, she was in Hokule'a as well.

Furthermore My other favourite event was Tug of war and we had to go into our house teams. The first two teams that played first was Hinemoana and Te Aurere and the winner was Te Aurere. But sadly Hinemoana lost against Te Aurere. Evenmore it was time for Hikianalia and Hokule'a, Hokule'a won. Hinemoana and Hikianalia played and the winner was Hikianalia. Last but not least it was Hokule'a and Te Aurere played and the winner was Hokule'a. So the winner for all the games was Hokule'a!

I felt really happy because that was an amazing day, it was really fun.

My Creative Writing

On Friday the 25th of December 1978 i was going into the train to go to America, with my friends. while i was brushing my hair i could hear people crying like a baby and screaming, so i look outside and i saw a huge cap in the front.

So i jumped out of the train and i saw a pony flying past so i try to fly to where the pony was. But i was so tired to fly all the way to where the pony was, but i tried and tried but then i couldn't hold my breath, so i shouted to everybody and “ said good bye everybody”. So then i died and that was it for me.

I felt really sad that i had to die, i thought that maybe i will survive but i didn’t.

My egg friend recount

Guess what? On wednesday the 21st of October, our teacher Mr Baxendine told us information like crazy information. He told our literacy class that we will be having a new friend, and that we will be taking really good care of our new friend, so our new friend was an egg.

After that we quietly walked to the playground. I thought to myself that it was kind of weird, that we had to take care of our new egg friends. When we got to the playground we had a race with our egg friend.

Furthermore we had to draw faces on it. Like nose, mouth, ears, hair, eyebrows, eyes and a double face.  Her name is Joyful. Before we started our egg race Mr

Baxendine gave us Instruction. He “said that we had to go over 3 things and go under 1 thing”.

I was the one that was taking videos and photo’s. Evenmore the race began, this boy his name is Simon which is in my class he was the first one to drop and crack his egg, because this other boy name John bumped into him.

What i enjoyed the most was that we got to have fun. I hope that we get to do it some time. I felt really happy that we got to do it. It was sad that my friend cracked her egg.

When I woke up I was so excited to go back to school. Well On Monday I saw my teacher Mr Baxendine and Miss Muliaumasealii dressed in costumes. I ask my friends what was happening? When I saw all the teachers dressed in costumes.

After the second bell rang room 9 & 10 were getting ready to walk to the hall. When we were walking to the hall I could already see classes sitting down, ready to listen to our Principal Mr Burt. When everybody closed their eyes Mr Burt did our karakia.

Furthermore It was time for team 1’s item. The year 1’s item was about the zoo. They also did a karaoke, so they picked some people to sing. The song that they were singing to was Roar by Katy Perry. The winner was mariyka and her prize was going to the zoo with team 1. Mariyka was so happy that she could go to the zoo with team 1.

I felt really excited that our topic is about saviours.

My teachers are Mr baxendine, Mrs Jacobsen and on Fridays we have Ms Mackinlay. My favourite sports are netball, rugby, cricket, softball and ripper rugby. I am the youngest in my family, and my favorite subjects are Reading, Writing and Maths.

On a cloudy windy day the man thought that he should go swimming he was calm at first but well he was fishing he thought he would catch a very big fish but out came a alligator out of nowhere and the alligator was acting dangerous and tried to attack the man, the man felt scared but also suprised. Samoa's Recount Rubric

On monday the 7th of september we had our school cross country. It 

was at our school feld. It happened after lunch time at 1:00 o'clock pm.

Before we started our cross country our principal Mr Burt did a prayer for us, and then our sport teacher, Miss Vaafusuaga. Miss vaafusuaga told us who is running first and who is running last. She also told us that champions never give up.

 Furthermore the cross country began, and the year 1 boys ran first. There were very good, A boy named Israel came first out of the year 1’s. Then It went to the year 1 girls,2,3 and 4’s run, It was nearly time for the year 5 boys turn, but after they ran it wasn't the year 5 girls after it was usually different when it got to the year 5 girls. So it went the year 7 boys then the 5 girls, then the year 7 girls then the year 8 boys, and then It went to the year 6 girls, and the last one was the year 8 girls.

We had house colour which was called green, yellow, red and blue, the colour I’m on is green. we had teachers that was wearing their house colour. when you finish from running you get a drink.

After I ran I felt really happy that I ran because It is a good exercise.

Trade fair

On Friday the 14th of August 2015, class 6,7,8,9 and 10 had a trade fair. If you didn’t know what was a trade fair now you know. . A trade fair is  when you can buy stuff,Order stuff and sell stuff. We have money which is called Pts and Pieces, you can earn PTS and Pieces and you can lose PtS and Pieces. Team 4 are the only ones that get PTS and Pieces.

We have groups which are called Kitchen, toys, Instruments, Customer Stationery, Jewels, Homeware and Accessories. My Business group was Instruments, and my Instrument Teacher was Mr Somerville. We also picked panthers, my panthers was Memory and Tehillah, We are making a Ukulele. We also get money in our bank. You can get your own account by asking the teacher for it, so you can always check your accounts.

We had our trade fair after lunch, and we got Seven Order.The people that ordered for us was Mr Jacobsen, Kerstein, Jennifer, Mereana, Iaone and Morpheous. I will also explain to you the rules, so the rules are that if you have 3 panthers then one of them go shopping and the other two has to sit on one each table and start to Order. After that we swap every 10 minutes. In our group we have to design something for the trade fair and whenever finish

I felt that this topic was really fun and I want to do it again because it helps me and he have learned about are new thing. I enjoyed selling and shopping at the trade fair. I am looking forward to this term.

Falling Planes

Then they looked confused cause they were hearing things. I tooked my headphones off

and saw a white big thing. I thought it was a cloud. In my head I said why are the birds  flying away ladies looking confused. I knew something was not right then I felt a bit funny and I kept running but with my headphones off and running down the mountain.

Then I heard a loudly big noise and I definitely knew something was up.

then suddenly came a big plane. I tried to escape but I just couldn’t.     

and people running and one of the ladies came after all of us but I said   

go help other people she said no to me and don’t risk your life and she took

me to a safe place.

On a plane we saw lots of people dead and we tried really hard to keep a lots of people safe

but we just couldn't. The plane had stopped and the policies, the firemen's and ambulance

had just arrived and most of us were safe and lived as we already were living.

But we all can remember what happened and me miss the people we have lost.

Russian Man Blasts off to Space

Byline: Wednesday 17th June 2015 or 17/06/15

A spaceman bravely walk out into the icy milkyway. His mission is to find weapons to fight with the aliens. So the Russian spaceman went to China, then he visited Auckland, his last place was Russia and he searched and searched and he finally saw a grey metal box.

He was scared to grab a stick, so he went closer and closer. Then when he looked in the Grey Metal box he saw a machine gun and bullets. So he went to Outer Space again. There were lots and lots of Aliens. Then he shot all of the them. Furthermore, He then went to Australia and he walked to see his manager and the Russian man said to him “ I did it boss. “ the boss said “ did what” so then the Russian man said” We will kill the aliens together. So the boss was happy and proud, that the boss gave him a new car. So the people that live in Australia was safe.

Then the boss “said do you want to have dinner with him, and he “said yes. So they went to a restaurant in australia, and it is called Ochre, it is very nice. They ate lot and lot of stuff they. The End.

My Story about Beanstalk

A Giant BeanStalk

On Sunday afternoon there was giant that was found on the 24th of may. It happen at 1:00 PM.

Jack went home and the mum “said to go and sell the cow. then he went to sell the cow at the supermarket for some money. When they  were walking,  he met a strange man. “He said to jack, “ is that your cow you've got.  “ He said if i’ll buy it, but I don't have no money.

Then the man replied, “They will grow into a big long Beanstalk. It is only for one night said the man. Jack was so curious that he sold his cow and that he just took the beans. When he went home without money, his mum was so angry. “ she said to jack that you are a silly little boy, and she “said that the beans a useless! She throw the beans outside the window.

The next morning jack went outside, and there was a surprise for them. Outside the window there was the biggest Beanstalk in the whole world! It was so so tall that it can even reach the clouds. Then jack was very excited. “ Then he wonder what was at the top of the huge Beanstalk. “ said he will begin to climb it. He climbed and climbed but he could not reach the top. although he was tired, but he didn't stop.  

Finally, “just at some clouds, the Beanstalk stopped. Jack saw the he had reached the strange land. In the distance there was a large castle. Jack crept into the castle. He was surprised to see the big huge giant sleeping inside. Quietly, he began to explore he’s castle. Then Jack found room full of treasure inside the castle. Then “ jack said to himself, “ there is so much gold here! I will take some back with, me and my mother.Then they will no longer me poor.His bag was filled with  treasure, he even found a bird that lays golden.

When Jack was going to leave the castle the giant woke up. The giant “ said come back my gold! He was angry and he shouted as loud as Jack. As the Beanstalk fell to the ground, then he died, leaving a hole on the ground. Jack and his mother lived happily, and they were never poor again.

Nepal Earthquake

Earthquake causes huge damage in Nepal  

Guess what happened in Nepal? Well in Nepal there was a huge Earthquake and lots of people died. It happened  on the 25th of april at 11:56:26. it is centered outside the capital Kathmandu. More than 5,000 people died. The Earthquake happened on anzac day. A little tiny baby got rescued and the baby was only 5 months old. The baby got found under the bricks for 22 hours. It was Healthy but it was hungry after he found. All houses and building was crushed down after the earthquake.

People are still suffering. It was a 7.9 magnitude.  There was more than 18,000 people that was injured.There was a new Earthquake in Nepal and it killed dozens of people and spread and lot of fear in Nepal. At least 37 people were killed in the quake and more than 1100 were injured.

Today on Monday Pt England School had assembly, and our teachers was dressed up into costume. And when I arrived in the hall I saw Mrs nua, and Mrs Garden and some prefect and Mr Jacobsen. Mrs Nua was cooking the pancakes and Mrs garden was putting cream on top of the pancakes.

Then it was team 1, miss George was coming to the front of the hall and she was talking about healthy body and lunch, then team 1 teachers and also the prefect was handing out healthy food, like carrots and sandwich.

Then next it was team 2, they did a play about winnie the pooh Eeyore the donkey Miss Berry and she was pretending that she was sad because she didn't like her house. And the piglet was Mrs Nalder and then she came up and gave miss Berry an idea, “she said to paint her house. And the tigger was miss Eadie, then she came up and then gave Mrs Berry an idea, and said” you should make an bouncy house. Then the last one was Miss Rapold, she was winnie the pooh.

Next it was us team 4!! we were doing a game and it was all about team 4 teachers were pretending that they were superhero, and Mr Somerville was in the game first and he was versing Mr Baxendine. And Mr Baxendine lost, next it was Miss Lavakula. Miss lavakula lost, Mrs Jacobsen was next and her weapon was a fish and she was versing Mr Somerville. And Mr Somerville lost, and Mrs Jacobsen won the game!

Furthermore it was team 5, which was the year 7&8. and the teachers were pretending that there were soldiers, they were marching to the front of the hall and mrs tele’a was the leader and she was giving question to the team 5 teachers. The first person was Mr wiseman, then it was mrs peato, Then miss moala and then the last one was miss clarke.

My favourite team was team 5, and team 4, because i like team 5 is that they funny, and because i like team 4 is that they were pretending to superhero.

YEAR 5 & 6 Camp

Guess what happen last week on wednesday? It was our year 5 & 6 camp! We had to put our bags at the hall by Tuesday or early in the morning on Wednesday. On the first day of camp it was sunny, and I couldn't breath. My group was called the commitments, my group teacher was Mr Somerville, he was the best! Our leaders was Judah and Talita. My tent buddy was Sabrina. Furthermore we had 6 activities and we were the first ones to do cooking. The boys was cooking corn Fritters outside, and the girls was cooking cookies for afternoon tea.

The 2nd activity the Commitment played Killzone and we played against the Matapono e. we had to fill lots of water balloons and we pretend that the ground had lots of sharks, if you step on the ground you will get bitten by the shark and die. We had to throw water balloons at the other team. After that we had to have 5 people in the ski run, and we had to get to the other side and if you were the person at the end of the ski then they had to go back and get the other person. We throw the slingshot and we have to get it up to ten. The commitment had 100 points, we got 100 point for cooperation, and teamwork.

Our 3rd activities for the Commitment was going to do kayaking and their were too boy that was helping to do the kayaking,  and their were perfect’s, there names were taniela koloa, which was my brother, paula fifta which was my buddy’s brother. And Mr burt gave us intrusions, because we have to be careful and he told us how to do the kayaking, and my first buddy was rima, then my second buddy was Sabrina.

Then on Thursday we had our big concert, and there was parents and brothers and sisters. Each of the groups were performed are dance
