On Friday the 25th of December 1978 i was going into the train to go to America, with my friends. while i was brushing my hair i could hear people crying like a baby and screaming, so i look outside and i saw a huge cap in the front.

So i jumped out of the train and i saw a pony flying past so i try to fly to where the pony was. But i was so tired to fly all the way to where the pony was, but i tried and tried but then i couldn't hold my breath, so i shouted to everybody and “ said good bye everybody”. So then i died and that was it for me.

I felt really sad that i had to die, i thought that maybe i will survive but i didn’t.

My egg friend recount

Guess what? On wednesday the 21st of October, our teacher Mr Baxendine told us information like crazy information. He told our literacy class that we will be having a new friend, and that we will be taking really good care of our new friend, so our new friend was an egg.

After that we quietly walked to the playground. I thought to myself that it was kind of weird, that we had to take care of our new egg friends. When we got to the playground we had a race with our egg friend.

Furthermore we had to draw faces on it. Like nose, mouth, ears, hair, eyebrows, eyes and a double face.  Her name is Joyful. Before we started our egg race Mr

Baxendine gave us Instruction. He “said that we had to go over 3 things and go under 1 thing”.

I was the one that was taking videos and photo’s. Evenmore the race began, this boy his name is Simon which is in my class he was the first one to drop and crack his egg, because this other boy name John bumped into him.

What i enjoyed the most was that we got to have fun. I hope that we get to do it some time. I felt really happy that we got to do it. It was sad that my friend cracked her egg.

Immersion Assembly

When I woke up I was so excited to go back to school. Well On Monday I saw my teacher Mr Baxendine and Miss Muliaumasealii dressed in costumes. I ask my friends what was happening? When I saw all the teachers dressed in costumes.

After the second bell rang room 9 & 10 were getting ready to walk to the hall. When we were walking to the hall I could already see classes sitting down, ready to listen to our Principal Mr Burt. When everybody closed their eyes Mr Burt did our karakia.

Furthermore It was time for team 1’s item. The year 1’s item was about the zoo. They also did a karaoke, so they picked some people to sing. The song that they were singing to was Roar by Katy Perry. The winner was mariyka and her prize was going to the zoo with team 1. Mariyka was so happy that she could go to the zoo with team 1.

I felt really excited that our topic is about saviours.

Welcome to my blog my name is Samoa. I am 9 years old, and I am a student at Pt England School. I’m in  Room 9 and 10. I am also in year 5. My teachers are Mr baxendine, Mrs Jacobsen and on Fridays we have Ms Mackinlay. My favourite sports are netball, rugby, cricket, softball and ripper rugby. I am the youngest in my family, and my favorite subjects are Reading, Writing and Maths.

On a cloudy windy day the man thought that he should go swimming he was calm at first but well he was fishing he thought he would catch a very big fish but out came a alligator out of nowhere and the alligator was acting dangerous and tried to attack the man, the man felt scared but also suprised. THE END

2. One stormy day a man wanted to go fishing but then he heard a noise he looked back and it was a gigantic bull he leaped into the water and the man tried to run and jump out of the boat but the bull was attacking him. THE END

Samoa's Recount Rubric

On monday the 7th of september we had our school cross country. It 

was at our school feld. It happened after lunch time at 1:00 o'clock pm.

Before we started our cross country our principal Mr Burt did a prayer for us, and then our sport teacher, Miss Vaafusuaga. Miss vaafusuaga told us who is running first and who is running last. She also told us that champions never give up.

 Furthermore the cross country began, and the year 1 boys ran first. There were very good, A boy named Israel came first out of the year 1’s. Then It went to the year 1 girls,2,3 and 4’s run, It was nearly time for the year 5 boys turn, but after they ran it wasn't the year 5 girls after it was usually different when it got to the year 5 girls. So it went the year 7 boys then the 5 girls, then the year 7 girls then the year 8 boys, and then It went to the year 6 girls, and the last one was the year 8 girls.

We had house colour which was called green, yellow, red and blue, the colour I’m on is green. we had teachers that was wearing their house colour. when you finish from running you get a drink.

After I ran I felt really happy that I ran because It is a good exercise.

My Story about Beanstalk

A Giant BeanStalk

On Sunday afternoon there was giant that was found on the 24th of may. It happen at 1:00 PM.

Jack went home and the mum “said to go and sell the cow. then he went to sell the cow at the supermarket for some money. When they  were walking,  he met a strange man. “He said to jack, “ is that your cow you've got.  “ He said if i’ll buy it, but I don't have no money.

Then the man replied, “They will grow into a big long Beanstalk. It is only for one night said the man. Jack was so curious that he sold his cow and that he just took the beans. When he went home without money, his mum was so angry. “ she said to jack that you are a silly little boy, and she “said that the beans a useless! She throw the beans outside the window.

The next morning jack went outside, and there was a surprise for them. Outside the window there was the biggest Beanstalk in the whole world! It was so so tall that it can even reach the clouds. Then jack was very excited. “ Then he wonder what was at the top of the huge Beanstalk. “ said he will begin to climb it. He climbed and climbed but he could not reach the top. although he was tired, but he didn't stop.  

Finally, “just at some clouds, the Beanstalk stopped. Jack saw the he had reached the strange land. In the distance there was a large castle. Jack crept into the castle. He was surprised to see the big huge giant sleeping inside. Quietly, he began to explore he’s castle. Then Jack found room full of treasure inside the castle. Then “ jack said to himself, “ there is so much gold here! I will take some back with, me and my mother.Then they will no longer me poor.His bag was filled with  treasure, he even found a bird that lays golden.

When Jack was going to leave the castle the giant woke up. The giant “ said come back my gold! He was angry and he shouted as loud as Jack. As the Beanstalk fell to the ground, then he died, leaving a hole on the ground. Jack and his mother lived happily, and they were never poor again.
